The Aga Khan University is seeking a Senior Research Assistant to support this community-based digital health research project. The role involves fieldwork at primary health care centres and close coordination with local health staff and study participants in Gilgit.

This is a short-term contractual position for two different sites in Brep and Garam Chashma.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
Conduct community outreach and identify eligible study participants.
Obtain informed consent and ensure ethical research practices.
Administer structured questionnaires using tablets and mobile health applications.
Measure basic health indicators (e.g. blood pressure weight height waist circumference).
Assist participants with installation and use of the mobile health application.
Maintain accurate and confidential records; ensure timely data entry.
Report daily progress and field challenges to the Principal Investigator.
Coordinate referrals to digital health clinics as needed.
Ensure proper upkeep of study equipment and materials.
Participate in training sessions team meetings and quality assurance activities.
Prepare and present periodic activity reports.
Report equipment malfunctions or issues promptly.
