We are looking for a Production Technician to help with all day-to-day tasks of preparation manufacture and inspection of compounding medicine.

Provide support for all aspects of cleanroom production including aseptic compounding equipment utilisation inventory control environmental monitoring and non-conformance resolution to ensure compliance with the Manufacturing Licence and Quality System requirements.

The role will be working between Sunday and Thursday on fixed night shifts 10pm - 6am based at our Stockport site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Label all product types according to product specifications

• Perform equipment checks

• Ability to Prioritise jobs

• Validate aseptic technique

• Maintain productivity and efficiency

• Control isolator inventory

• Meet turnaround times

• Complete routine equipment sampling maintenance and testing

• Select prepare and sanitise raw materials

• Report sanitisation deviations

• Facility Monitoring

• Clean and maintain all areas in accordance with SOPs

Qualifications and Experience

• GCSE or equivalent English & Mathematics

• Good oral/written communication

• High attention to detail
