Working Student in Business Process Management (d/f/m)

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Support the companys transformation through the Business Management System (BMS) transformation

• Support the Business Management System team and learn hands on to use one of the best in class platforms for business process management (ARIS)

• Support in data integration and analytics to enhance decision making and provide business insights

• Development of requirements management in the Business Management System based on Quality Standards like ISO9001/EN9100

• Support business users from the different areas on BMS matters

• Publication of BMS content

• Creation of documentation

• Usage of state of the art Artificial Intelligence tools (LLM Process Mining application to real use cases)

Desired skills and qualifications

• You are enrolled full-time student in the area of Computer Science Data analytics Aerospace or an equivalent field of study.

• You see value in data and are passionate about uncovering insights that drive business decisions

• You have experience with Google Workspace/ Data visualization tools (Qlik Sense)

• You have experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT and Gemini

• You are fluent in English - any other additional language (German French Spanish) considered a plus

• You have strong analytical thinking skills are capable of interpreting complex data sets identify patterns and provide actionable insights

• You are a very good team player have excellent communication skills and are able to work autonomously
