Position Summary:
The CT Technologist will be responsible for delivering high-quality CT imaging services in a fast-paced acute care setting. This role plays a vital part in supporting accurate diagnosis and timely treatment for patients across a diverse clinical population.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform CT scans according to established protocols and physician orders.
Ensure optimal image quality while prioritizing patient safety and care.
Properly position and prepare patients for imaging procedures.
Maintain and operate CT equipment in compliance with radiation safety standards.
Collaborate closely with radiologists nurses and clinical teams to support patient care.
Qualifications:
Active Florida RT license and ARRT (CT) certification required.
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care CT experience.
No employment gaps exceeding 1 year.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or equivalent required.
