Position Overview
A wholesale manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Accountant to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations with a focus on Accounts Receivable and online sales platforms. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience whos ready to step into a dynamic fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact.
Youll manage everything from invoicing and payment posting to reconciliations and reporting working across Amazon Seller/Vendor Central Walmart Marketplace and QuickBooks. This is not a review-only role youll be deep in the details ensuring accuracy efficiency and timely cash flow across multiple sales channels.
The Ideal Candidate
Experienced in full-cycle A/R invoicing posting and reconciliation
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
Familiar with Amazon and Walmart Marketplace transactions
Proactive reliable and detail-oriented
Enjoys being hands-on and solving problems in real time
Key Responsibilities
Manage A/R from start to finish: invoicing posting payments and reconciliations
Oversee and verify transaction data from Amazon and Walmart platforms
Reconcile sales and deposits across multiple channels
Generate and analyze A/R and sales reports for management
Assist with month-end close and account accuracy
Qualifications
1-3 years of accounting or A/R experience
Proficient in QuickBooks
Experience in e-commerce or online retail strongly preferred
Strong organizational and analytical skills
