Position Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Flagstaff AZ 86001
Type: Contract
Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate:$50 - $55/hour

Position Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Speech Language Pathologistfor an exciting job in Flagstaff AZ.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patients to determine appropriate therapy needs and develop care plans.
Provide direct treatment under physician direction following established plans of care.
Design and conduct rehabilitative programs to improve communication swallowing and cognitive abilities.
Administer and interpret speech and hearing assessments.
Educate patients families and caregivers on techniques for improving and maintaining communication skills.
Accurately complete required clinical documentation and maintain patient records per policy and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation teams to ensure coordinated high-quality care.
Uphold patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Demonstrate reliability professionalism and punctuality.

Additional Responsibilities:

Develop treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals.
Communicate therapy progress and care plans with patients families or guardians.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation including evaluations progress notes and summaries.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Speech Language Pathology (required).
Licensure: Active Arizona Speech Language Pathology license (required).
Experience: Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
