Position Summary:
The Director of Facilities Management will oversee facilities operations engineering maintenance and environmental safety across a complex hospital environment ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all facility operations maintenance and safety programs
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory agencies (Joint Commission OSHA AHCA etc.)
Develop and manage capital and operating budgets
Oversee emergency preparedness infrastructure reliability and life safety systems
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic facilities planning and optimization
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare facilities management
Professional certifications preferred (e.g. CHFM PE or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of hospital regulatory standards and life safety requirements
No employment gaps exceeding 1 year
