Were looking for a Service Design Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality IT services that are inclusive user-centred and aligned with business needs. This is a strategic role that works across service transition project delivery and service management to ensure services are designed with the customer experience at their core.
Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed service design principles integrate accessibility and automation and shape services that support a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the end-to-end service design process and principles
Embed service design into service selection contracts projects and architecture
Map customer journeys and service blueprints to identify opportunities for improvement
Integrate UX AI tools automation and accessibility into service design
Collaborate with Service Managers and Transition teams to ensure successful delivery
Work with technical and solution architects to align service design with broader architecture
Support the wider IT function with service design guidance and best practice
Document and understand end-to-end services across the organisation
