In this rewarding position youll work directly with students families and school teams to support academic social and emotional growth in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

What Youll Do

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Foster a classroom environment that promotes inclusion engagement and success.

• Maintain accurate documentation and consistent communication with families and school staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education

• Valid NH Special Education Certification (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experience working with students with IEPs and diverse learning needs

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
