What Youll Do
- Manage media/buffer requests from multiple science departments through the Media Request System.
- Prepare buffers and media (from <1L to 2000L).
- Review batch records in the Media Request System for data integrity.
- Forecast and maintain chemical and consumable inventory.
- Perform equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep lab.
- Collaborate with Supervisor and Lead to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain a Safety-First Culture.
- Participate in safety initiatives (Haz IDs JDIs incident reporting).
- Suggest and implement process improvements.
- Support onboarding and training new team members.
- Perform other tasks within the statement of work.
What Were Looking For
Experience:
- High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
- 2 years of laboratory experience preferred.
- Customer service experience is a plus
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong communication organization and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work independently.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in varied environments (cold rooms hazardous materials PPE required).
- Ability to work overtime as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $19.64$29.45.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
