Location/Division Specific Information

This role is based in Italy within our dynamic engineering division. Youll be joining a dedicated team in a location synonymous with innovation and world-class engineering.

A day in the Life:

  • Coordinate and manage engineering projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless project execution
  • Determine project scope objectives and deliverables

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordination of the technical specifications development for GMP/non GMP areas: re-layout o new layout HVAC equipment black utilities clean utilities etc and project drawings for the correct definition of budgets to be allocated to projects and related timelines.
  • Coordination and supervision from construction to start up and then from commissioning to IOQ and PQ.
  • Control of budget vs cost tracking/forecasting and project related risk/change management.
  • Management of technical feasibility activities and coordination of SMEs to support the business growth and site expansion
  • Ensure the development and drafting of documents in accordance with project timelines and site expectations.
  • Ensure proper management of CAPAs and Change Control in accordance with business strategies and quality requirements.
  • Supervise and ensure proper execution of installation or modification of equipment (machines tanks etc) and/or construction and modification of site areas (laboratories offices plants etc) within the budget and project timelines ensuring compliance with current regulations such as Dlgs 81/08 company procedures safety requirements and GMP standards.

Education:

  • Completion of a Masters Degree or its equivalent (depending on the country) in chemical or mechanical field.

Technical Skills:

  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical company in engineering projects
  • Autocad and Office experiece

Professional Experience:

  • Typically requires 2-3 years of previous related experience and a deep knowledge of the Chemical/Pharmaceutical industry.

Languages:

  • English local languages: written and oral communication skills
