Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Day Shifts 20.40 per hour 48 Hours per Week

What Were Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration.
- Demonstrated experience in elderly or dementia care with understanding of complex health and emotional needs.
- Confident in care planning medication management and safeguarding principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills fostering positive relationships with residents families and colleagues.
- Committed to professional growth and maintaining high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred nursing care including medication administration wound management and clinical assessments.
- Develop review and update detailed care plans risk assessments and dietary plans to meet residents individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maintain the highest care standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and regulatory requirements.
- Promote residents holistic well-being through empathy communication and ongoing support.
- Stay informed about clinical best practices and uphold CQC and NMC standards at all times.
