Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Day Shifts 20.40 per hour 48 Hours per Week

What Were Looking For

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration.
  • Demonstrated experience in elderly or dementia care with understanding of complex health and emotional needs.
  • Confident in care planning medication management and safeguarding principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills fostering positive relationships with residents families and colleagues.
  • Committed to professional growth and maintaining high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred nursing care including medication administration wound management and clinical assessments.
  • Develop review and update detailed care plans risk assessments and dietary plans to meet residents individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to maintain the highest care standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote residents holistic well-being through empathy communication and ongoing support.
  • Stay informed about clinical best practices and uphold CQC and NMC standards at all times.
