Position Description:
This role leads the integration of public-facing identity platforms such as and other federated IDPaaS solutions. Responsible for secure citizen registration UI/UX alignment public API integration and ongoing support of self-service capabilities this leader ensures successful engagement with public and interagency stakeholders while aligning with DHS FICAM standards.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or closely related discipline.
- 5 years managing public-facing identity integration or digital service delivery for federal programs.
- Direct familiarity with IDPaaS or similar platforms and their security standards.
- Skilled with API integration and digital user experience optimization.
Value-Added Experience:
- Prior delivery of or federal digital citizen services.
- Experience with cloud service integration OAuth/OpenID Connect federation.
- Management of high-volume high-availability service environments.
