Position summary
We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence within our logistics team. The role involves managing performance guiding a team of specialists and driving process improvements aligned with Maersks global standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational KPIs and deliver high-quality service.

  • Monitor daily performance identify gaps and implement improvement actions.

  • Act as a point of escalation for complex cases and ensure timely resolution.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Ensure adherence to Maersks policies procedures and compliance standards.

  • Support talent development training and succession planning within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration International Trade Logistics or related field.

  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in operations or customer service within logistics or supply chain.

  • Previous experience in people management is essential.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Knowledge of logistics processes and digital tools.

  • Understanding of 4PL processes is a plus.
