Core Responsibilities:
In support of the Production Planning Shop Floor Planning Materials
Planning and Import/Export business functions the Sr. Systems Specialist
will:
Support System Implementation:
Develop implementation plans for upcoming upgrades and new
Introductions for new manufacturing facility in the United States.
Lead and represent the Planning functions in global project forums and workstreams related to system implementations/upgrades.
Facilitate business enablement (coordination scoping risk identification related to systems) of new site start-ups for the US based factory.
Expertise improvement of the users with existing systems & tools:
Knowledge expert in system execution of processes reference point for users on best practice and global standards for process execution within the systems.
Create and maintain system training and development plans for the functional teams and users.
Partner with Productivity Lead to coordinate systematic skill improvement initiatives to constantly improve on system related expertise.
Conduct best practice sharing and presentations on topics related to improvement areas for the business functions.
Development of Improvements & Reporting for the business functions:
Support the operational sectors in crafting localized tools to improve efficiency while following global norms and guidelines.
Lead and continually develop the reporting capabilities of the functional areas improving and streamlining the speed accuracy and value of the data published by the functional areas.
Responsible for improving systems used by functional departments to streamline processes integrate innovative software minimize errors reduce team workload and maintain or develop deliverable quality.
Data Control & Processing:
Run requests for master data updates through the global networks.
Troubleshoot data related problems identifying root cause and recommendations for correction.
Global support:
Point of escalation for the LVA based teams for troubleshooting and provide a pathway for internal escalation to global teams when needed.
Represent the US factories as a reference point for inquiries by global teams on systemic practices and standards.
Play your part in our team succeeding
Plays an instrumental role in the key planning process of the LVA operation namely Flow of Finished Goods.
Support system implementations of tools related to planning of the US manufacturing site
Develop the technical (system) skills of the functional teams that use technology daily.
Solve technical issues as they rise. Deliver system solutions that improve the productivity and efficiency of the planning teams
Do you have what it takes
ERP system implementation experience or ERP development experience (covering production or inventory control areas)
Experience in a CPG production environment including the flow of materials inventory control and constraint management.
Experience in Continuous Improvement data management tools databases and system design; proficiency in digital visualization tools like Power BI; and collaboration with Product Lead technical teams using Agile methodology.
CPIM Certification is a plus

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $124194.00 - $186292.00 based on anticipated responsibilities market benchmarks and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors including but not limited to prior experience skills expertise location internal equity and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details inclusive of benefits will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
