Join Freddie Macs dynamic Client Relationship Management (CRM) team and be at the forefront of transforming the housing industry! As a key liaison between Single-Family Seller Engagement and various business units youll champion client needs and contribute to the divisions commitment to this pivotal role youll act as an advisor to our seller account management teams directly engaging with sellers to build strong partnerships and drive growth. Your Impact:

The talent who joins the team will be a client champion advocating for our sellers to ensure their needs are met. As a tactical expert you will provide hands-on support resolve issues monitor contracts and manage routine processes to keep operations running smoothly. Foster a positive high-performing team environment that embraces flexibility innovation and resourcefulness. The CRM will also be instrumental as a relationship architect building lasting partnerships with sellers internal teams and leadership driving the success of our Account Executives and their designated region/POD by driving tool adoption and executing on strategic plans ultimately impacting client happiness and increased sales to Freddie Mac.

Qualifications:

  • 24 years experience in the primary/secondary mortgage market or equivalent GSE roles
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Exceptional communication interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver results under tight deadlines

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to account executives supporting meeting preparation execution and follow-up
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Collaborate on strategic account planning and execution for optimal results
  • Maintain high satisfaction levels with clients account executives and cross-functional teams
  • Provide tactical support issue resolution and contract management

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $78000 - $118000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
