- Studio Vibe: Foster a welcoming F45 Family atmosphere where all fitness levels feel empowered.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain an impeccably clean studio-ready environment and ensure equipment is staged perfectly.
- Certification: Nationally accredited fitness certification required (NASM ACE ACSM NSCA or AFAA).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of personal training or group fitness experience.
- Safety: Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
- Communication: Comfortable with public speaking and commanding a room during F45 demos.
- Passion: A solid grasp of biomechanics and the functional training philosophy that defines F45.
