The PGM is responsible for coordinating programs led by both the IT PMO and business leadership developing initiatives that span multiple years and drive the Groups strategic direction. These could include improvements to business processes growing into new markets ensuring compliance and transformation through technology. Together we can have a significant impact on programs that put the patient first and advance our business goals!
To succeed in this role you will need prior experience in project program release management organizational change and team management. Deep experience with the complexities of delivering major programs in regulated environments (e.g. GxP/SOX/HIPAA/GDPR) is important to your success. A solid understanding of drug discovery clinical trials supply chain logistics and business operations will help you excel.
