Job Summary
Company/Location Overview
The Processing Clerk is responsible for clerical functions in the Processing Department; tracks inventories inputs data in the ERP System and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
Job Description/Responsibilities
- Scanning closed BOMs
- Reviewing BOMs before closure
- Printing new BOMs
- Creating the new BOM kits for processing
- End of Month BOM processing
Qualifications/Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to project a professional image
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word Excel and Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and technical skills
PREFERRED
- Experience with System 21 ERP software
- Bachelors Degree
- Requires Experience in manufacturing software (ERP MRP MPS WMS)
- 2 years Successful work experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to work 8 hour shift
Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting
In-person job attendance
Strong communication skills
Ability to read and write
Ability to pay attention to detail
