About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Design & Construction team. This internship offers hands-on experience in retail expansion strategy Design and construction project coordination. The ideal candidate will support initiatives that drive growth and corporate projects while gaining exposure to real estate design planning permitting and construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in design projects including architecture interior design and presentations.

Collaborate with construction project managers to track timelines and deliverables for active projects.

Help coordinate with external vendors contractors and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.

Participate in site visits and inspections to understand construction progress and challenges.

Contribute to cross-functional meetings with teams such as Legal Finance and Store Operations.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Design or Construction Management Architecture Civil Engineering Urban Planning or a related field.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Proficiency in the adobe suite preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
