Key Responsibilities
- Communicate refinance options for VA and FHA cash-out loans
- Convert inbound and transferred leads into completed loan applications
- Educate borrowers on loan benefits and help them achieve financial goals
- Make 30-120 daily contacts (calls texts emails) using CRM and scripts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closing
Basic Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple borrower pipelines
- Comfortable working in a high-volume phone-based sales environment
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Specific Qualifications
- Active NMLS license (or willingness to obtain - we cover the cost)
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales or call center experience
- Knowledge of VA FHA USDA and Conventional loan programs
- Familiarity with Encompass or similar loan origination systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
