About the Role:
The Software Execution Lead is responsible for driving the successful delivery of software development outcomes in Marketing Domain. You will coordinate cross-functional web teams to define and maintain scalable web architecture reusable components and efficient development workflows. You will be ensuring alignment between strategic goals and day-to-day execution. Acting as a bridge between planning and implementation the Execution Lead coordinates across teams monitors progress removes roadblocks and ensures that deliverables are completed on time within scope and to expected quality standards. This is a cross-functional delivery role requiring strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution excellence accountability and results.
This is a senior specialist role with process leadership responsibilities ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating teams and improving processes even without formal people management duties.
Responsibilities:
Initiative Coordination:
Drive end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies ensuring clear goals timelines ownership alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Coordinate efforts across teams and departments to align activities and dependencies.
Facilitate continuous improvements to maintain a scalable high-quality web ecosystem.
Track project milestones proactively identify and mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery of key outcomes with full ownership of budget management and benefits tracking.
Identify and manage risks dependencies and technical challenges impacting web platform performance and scalability.
Coordinate with resource managers to align team member allocations based on project needs and timelines.
Operational Leadership:
Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans and measurable deliverables.
Ensure that execution processes are efficient standardized and adaptable to change.
Monitor execution health using KPIs dashboards and regular reporting.
Issue and Risk Management:
Proactively identify obstacles and challenges that may impact progress.
Facilitate problem-solving and escalate issues as needed to maintain momentum.
Develop mitigation plans to reduce risks and improve delivery predictability.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Strong stakeholder management ensuring clear consistent communication with senior leadership team members and key stakeholders.
Provide regular status updates insights and recommendations for improving execution outcomes.
Serve as a central point of accountability for execution performance.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in execution processes and recommend improvements.
Promote a culture of accountability learning and continuous delivery.
Facilitate relevant agile processes e.g. retrospectives or post-mortems to capture lessons learned and refine execution practices.
Required skills & Qualifications :
Experience working within software development environments understanding of software engineering principles lifecycle stages and collaboration with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Solid understanding of modern web development practices and architecture to effectively communicate with developers and guide decision-making.
Strong background in project or program management operations or business delivery roles with the ability to manage risk time and budget effectively.
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams or departments.
Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in a fast-paced agile or technology-driven environment.
Familiarity with delivery frameworks such as Agile Scrum Prince2 IPMA or Lean.
Change management or process improvement understanding.
Engaged and solution-oriented with a practical approach to identifying issues early and resolving them efficiently
