Job Opportunity: Commie Chef (Western & Arabic Cuisine)
Are you passionate about culinary excellence and eager to advance your career in luxury hospitality We are seeking a talented and motivated Commie Chef specializing in Western and Arabic cuisine to join our prestigious hospitality project in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior chefs in preparing cooking and presenting high-quality dishes across Western and Arabic menus
Ensure consistency in taste presentation and portioning according to established recipes and standards
Uphold the highest standards of food safety hygiene and kitchen cleanliness at all times
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service
Participate in inventory management and maintain proper stock levels
Contribute ideas for menu development and culinary innovation
Support senior chefs with mise en place and daily kitchen preparations
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and culinary skill development
Requirements
Requirements
Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a luxury or fine dining environment
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both Western and Arabic cuisine
Passion for food creativity and a keen eye for detail
Ability to work effectively within a diverse multicultural team
Good communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holiday
