Job Description.

Provide troubleshooting and technical solution to ensure the lifts and escalators are in tip-top conditions.

Support field team in the technical matters and provide on-site training.

Create the field standard work instructions and audit the implementation.

Create inspection and audit plan to confirm field quality and equipment status vs standards.

Create training materials for all units elevators/ escalators New / old equipment OTIS products and 3rd parties.

periodic safety inspection for the portfolio units customer complaint that need inspection and technical reports.

providing support in the understanding and interpretation of policies and procedures.

Qualifications :-

- Bachelors degree of electrical engineering.

-Very Good English Command.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Elevator / Escalator Industry.

- MS Office Good Knowledge.
-Flexible to visit Customer / Client Sites on demand Among Egypt.
