Customer Onboarding Specialist
Thats why were expanding our Customer Success department and looking for more Customer Onboarding Specialists to join our team focusing on the Swedish and English markets. Our goal is to create happy users with the most satisfying experience possible. Were on a mission to achieve this and were searching for individuals who are passionate about providing our customers and users with a world-class onboarding experience
You will both onboard customers through weekly Webinar series1:1 meetings and Email campaigns but also take meetings with customers adopting and using the tool after the onboarding.
Within the Customer Success department you find Customer Success Managers Product Specialists Onboarding Specialists Digital Success Managers and Promote Specialists who are located all around the world.
