Your role at Iver
Youll be a key player in our newly established Cybersecurity Advisory team where we work closely with clients to strengthen their cybersecurity resilience and align security strategies with business goals. As a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor youll help shape our service offerings contribute to building the business unit and most importantly lead and deliver high-impact advisory engagements.

Examples of tasks:

• Deliver cybersecurity advisory services across strategy governance risk and compliance
• Lead client engagements and ensure high-quality delivery outcomes
• Provide subject matter expertise
• Support proposal writing pre-sales activities and business development efforts
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to scope and plan engagements
• Share insights to improve service quality delivery practices and client satisfaction

Who are we looking for
Were looking for a seasoned cybersecurity advisor with several years of experience in advisory or consulting roles. You are confident in your expertise self-driven and passionate about helping organizations strengthen their cyber resilience. You thrive in client-facing environments and know how to translate complex cybersecurity challenges into actionable strategies that deliver real impact.

You have a strong ability to engage with stakeholders build trust and guide decision-making at both strategic and operational levels. Youre comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and aligning cybersecurity initiatives with broader business goals.

Ideally you have practical experience with:

• Cybersecurity frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001 NIS2 DORA and CIS Controls
• Advisory delivery in governance risk management and compliance
• Scoping and leading cybersecurity engagements across diverse industries
• Supporting business development through pre-sales proposals and client presentations
• Fluency in both Swedish and English written and spoken is preferred. We are also open for Danish speaking candidates.

Merits:
You bring additional value through certifications such as CISSP CISM CISA or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor. Experience working directly with customers especially in regulated sectors such as finance public services or critical infrastructure is highly appreciated. You understand how to build trust manage expectations and deliver advisory services that create long-term value. Exposure to cloud platforms third-party risk management or incident response adds further depth to your profile. Your ability to communicate and influence across technical business and executive levels will be key to your success in this role.

Location: Iver has 23 locations in the Nordic region. For this role we see that you will be based in one of our offices in Malmö.
