About the Role

As Project Delivery Manager youll be overseeing the successful delivery of multiple leisure development projects from concept and design through to completion on site. Youll ensure every scheme meets the highest standards of quality safety and client satisfaction while keeping time and budget firmly on track.

Youll work as part of the business development team and with a trusted network of partners and suppliers to bring each project to life. From innovative new builds to refurbishments that revitalise community spaces your work will directly contribute to creating environments that promote active healthy lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple leisure projects from planning to handover

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients contractors and stakeholders

• Monitor budgets timelines and quality to achieve outstanding results

• Identify and mitigate risks while driving continuous improvement

• Collaborate with internal teams across finance marketing and operations

• Support business development initiatives and share best practice

About You

• Proven experience in managing capital or refurbishment projects would be advantageous

• You are highly favourably currently in a senior management position within the leisure or fitness industry. A background in local authority is a huge advantage when applying.

• Exceptional organisational communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive solution-focused approach

• Self-motivated collaborative and passionate about delivering social value
