Job Summary

Location: South America - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our online community through DMs comments and conversations.
- Use AI-assisted tools (like ChatGPT Manychat or Notion AI) to personalize and streamline engagement.
- Identify and nurture leads fans and ambassadors through authentic outreach.
- Track engagement metrics and share insights for community growth.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams for aligned messaging.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 2 years of experience managing online communities or social engagement.
- Comfortable working with entrepreneurs and startup-style brands.
- Strong writing and communication skills with a personable upbeat tone.
- Familiarity with AI chat and automation tools for engagement.
- Proactive organized and socially savvy.
- Comfortable working part-time and remotely.
