Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. They are now growing their CRM department and seeking to hire a CRM Manager for their office in Panama to lead the planning execution and optimization of CRM strategies for one or more key regions within EU markets.
Tasks
- Develop and manage CRM campaigns aimed at player retention reactivation and lifetime value growth.
- Use CRM platforms to automate and personalize campaigns based on player behavior and market-specific preferences.
- Analyze campaign performance and player data to optimize strategies and improve key KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing product analytics and customer support teams.
- Monitor market trends regulatory changes and competitor activity within the assigned region(s).
- Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on insights and data
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as CRM Manager within the iGaming sector with focus on EU markets.
- Proficient in English with at least a B2 level (written and spoken).
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Symplify Optimove Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Experience managing CRM campaigns across multiple markets or regions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
