Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team on a per diem (PRN) basis. The RN will provide direct patient care oversee nursing staff and ensure that all residents receive the highest standard of care in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents according to established care plans and physician orders.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor and document residents conditions reporting any changes to physicians and supervisors.
Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Ensure compliance with infection control safety and nursing policies.
Participate in care plan meetings assessments and resident education.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies.
Provide compassionate patient-centered care in a professional and respectful manner.

Required Requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association).
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
