Job Title: TigerGraph Developer with GSQL Cloud Storage and Performance Tuning
Location: Austin TX (5x/week Onsite) or Sunnyvale CA (3x/week Onsite)
Duration: 6 months

Trilyon Inc. is looking for an experienced TigerGraph Developer with GSQL Cloud Storage and Performance Tuning to join our engineering team. The TigerGraph Developer will design and implement scalable graph database models optimize query performance and build efficient data pipelines across distributed environments.

As a TigerGraph Developer you will be responsible for integrating data from multiple sources ensuring high throughput and low latency and collaborating with data engineering teams to deliver end-to-end graph-based analytics solutions. This position requires strong expertise in GSQL scripting graph schema design and performance tuning within cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.

The successful TigerGraph Developer will demonstrate the ability to analyze system performance fine-tune configurations and ensure data availability for real-time analytical workloads.

• Graph Modeling & Design:

  • Design logical and physical graph schemas using GSQL based on business and domain requirements.

  • Optimize data models for query efficiency storage performance and scalability.

• TigerGraph Development:

  • Develop and maintain complex GSQL queries loading jobs and user-defined functions.

  • Implement TigerGraph REST endpoints and integrate systems via APIs or streaming platforms.

• Data Pipeline Integration:

  • Build ingestion pipelines from RDBMS NoSQL databases Kafka or cloud storage (AWS S3 GCS).

  • Partner with data engineering to ensure efficient high-throughput and low-latency ingestion.

• Performance Tuning & Monitoring:

  • Analyze and optimize query performance using profiling tools and TigerGraph monitoring interfaces.

  • Perform health checks index and memory tuning and system performance audits for large-scale environments.

• Collaboration & Documentation:

  • Collaborate with analytics DevOps and engineering teams to enhance system reliability.

  • Document processes schema designs and GSQL code for operational excellence.

• 5 years of experience in data engineering or graph database development.

• 2 years of hands-on experience with TigerGraph and GSQL.

• Proficiency in data modeling schema optimization and performance tuning.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP) and distributed data processing.

• Familiarity with Kafka REST APIs and NoSQL databases.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a performance-oriented mindset.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
