Job Summary
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Lead ReactJS Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable high-performance front-end solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks with the ability to architect and deliver robust maintainable applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead front-end development using ReactJS and NextJS ensuring code quality and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Architect scalable front-end solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Drive requirement gathering technical design and implementation discussions with stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on front-end development standards.
- Ensure CI/CD readiness performance improvements and secure coding practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Deep expertise in ReactJS including Hooks Context API and component lifecycle.
- Strong hands-on experience with NextJS (SSR SSG routing API integration).
- Proficiency in TypeScript and state management tools such as Redux or Recoil.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture component design patterns and REST integration.
- Knowledge of UI/UX collaboration and performance tuning for large-scale applications.
- Familiarity with Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB) is a plus.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills.
