Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in all stages of commercial and business litigation.
Provide expert legal counsel on business law including contracts commercial agreements and labor disputes.
Develop and execute winning litigation strategies from case inception through to trial and appeal.
Manage a diverse portfolio of cases with the highest degree of professionalism and client loyalty.
Present Company legal case to third parties on behalf of company .

Mandatory Requirements:

In-depth proven expertise in Cameroonian business law specifically in:
- Contract Law & Commercial Agreements
- Labor & Employment Law
- Commercial Disputes and Business Conflicts
A demonstrable track record of successfully winning cases.
Unwavering commitment to client loyalty and ethical practice.
Must be based in Yaoundé and possess a professional established office
