Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain server and cloud infrastructure.
Manage Active Directory GPOs DHCP DNS IIS and Exchange.
Support virtual environments (VMware).
Manage and test backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g. Veeam).
Troubleshoot and resolve system and performance issues.
Participate in an after-hours support rotation.
Requirements:
Relevant degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science.
Minimum 3 years IT experience with at least 1 year of server management.
Strong understanding of Active DirectoryVMware and backup solutions.
Exposure to SQL environments and scripting.
A proactive analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
