Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Master Responsibilities

FacilitateAgile ceremonies: daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews.
Remove impediments and ensure the team adheres toScrum principlesand timelines.
Coach the team onAgile best practicesand foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners toprioritize backlogand align sprint goals with business objectives.
Track and reportteam performance metricsusing JIRA dashboards.

Business Analyst Responsibilities

Gather analyze and documentbusiness requirementsfor complaints handling workflows.
Createuser stories acceptance criteria and process flowsin JIRA and Oracle Agile.
Conductrequirement workshopswith stakeholders and ensure traceability.
Validate solutions againstregulatory compliance(e.g. ISO GDPR) for complaint data.
SupportUATand ensure deliverables meet business needs.

Required Skills & Tools

Agile & Scrum Expertise:Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) preferred.
Tools:
- JIRAbacklog management sprint planning reporting.
- Oracle Agile PLMchange management and compliance workflows.
Domain Knowledge:
- Complaints handling processes in regulated industries (e.g. healthcare finance).
- Familiarity withroot cause analysis escalation workflows and SLA tracking.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
