Reporting to the Customer Service Manager youll be the heartbeat of our customer experiencesupporting multiple accounts collaborating across departments and delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.

What Youll Do
As a key member of our Customer Service team youll:
Respond to customer inquiries about pricing delivery and technical support
Manage and track orders via email and phone with precision and care
Resolve service issues and disputes with professionalism and empathy
Prepare accurate quotations and verify account details
Monitor backorders and coordinate with production purchasing and distribution
Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Provide technical support using IPEX publications and resources
Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and customer satisfaction
What You Bring

Highly organized accurate and detail-oriented
A confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills
Comfortable navigating systems and data (SAP experience is a plus!)

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Strong time management and follow-up skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email platforms
Proven ability to resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism
Industry experience and SAP knowledge are assets
