POSITION
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OTD or OTR/L) to join our team in a flexible role as a Supervisor & Evaluator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring completing evaluations and contributing their expertisewhile maintaining balance and flexibility in their schedule.

Responsibilities
- Complete educationally relevant OT evaluations (standardized informal measures)
- Write comprehensive IEP/MET documentation and present at meetings
- Provide clinical supervision to COTAs and support to schools
- Collaborate with school staff families and multidisciplinary teams
- Support professional development and ensure high-quality OT services

Requirements (by start date)
- Current Arizona OT License (Arizona Board of OT Examiners)
- Fingerprint Clearance Card (IVP)
- School-based experience preferred
- Supervisory experience a plus
