Job Summary

Position: R&D Manager

Location: Pathum Thani Thailand

Responsibilities:

Manage to provide technical support & service in food & beverage lap at plant in Pathumthani / Samut Prakan especially lab analytical trial run and sample presentation
Responsible for consumer research to support R&D projects
Fully support productivity projects as council member
Support BU in sensory & consumer research analysis and provide sensory training as needed
Ensure managing of product quality monitoring via PQE program
Generate maintain and review product development documents batch records and other related documents.
Formula raw material and develop new product and manage initial production.
Provide support to external departments such as QC and Production as needed.
Communicate with ingredient suppliers and stay updated on new raw materials and innovative product.
Stay current with recent development innovations and technologies that may improve products and manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with Operations and Production to ensure successful manufacturing of developed products.

Requirements

Master degree in Food Technology Food Science or related field ie. Major in Static
More than 5 years experience in R&D of food & beverage industry
Experiences at least 3 years in Marketing/consumer research
Computer literature in statistic software Microsoft Words Excel PowerPoint
Well planning strong in analytical and project management skills
Good commands in English & Thai
Work well under pressure hard working and flexible
