Job Description:
Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis with strong expertise in Salesforce.
Excellent knowledge and proven experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
Knowledge of development tools and processes to aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements.
Apply critical thinking analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable and scalable applications.
Employ declarative automation and leverage all features of the Salesforce ecosystem for optimal solutions.
Possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Management Information Systems or a related field.
Ability to understand and translate client requirements from diverse industries into a strategic vision and implementation roadmap.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum SAFe and DevOps methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience across the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
