Position Overview:

As the VP of Sales you will own our national revenue strategy leading and expanding a high-performance sales organization. Youll build the systems processes and team required to drive explosive growth while working cross-functionally to align the entire organization behind shared sales goals.

This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced high-growth environmentsand knows how to deliver results through people process and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & GTM Execution: Design and execute a data-driven go-to-market strategy to meet and exceed aggressive revenue goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales managers each leading groups of 1012 inbound and outbound sales representatives.
  • Coaching & Development: Recruit train and mentor both individual contributors and managers. Foster a performance-driven accountable culture.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Own pipeline health forecasting accuracy and the development of real-time sales performance dashboards.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline the sales cycle through automation enablement tools and repeatable scalable playbooks.
  • CRM & Tech Stack Enablement: Champion Salesforce or HubSpot usage drive adoption of enablement tools and ensure data-driven selling.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Operations and Customer Success to align on growth targets and ensure seamless execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • 510 years leading high-performing metrics-driven B2B sales teams
  • Proven success managing multiple sales managers and distributed teams (1012 reps per manager)
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) sales automation tools and sales funnel optimization
  • Strong forecasting pipeline management and data analytics capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to hire coach and retain top-performing sales talent
  • Excellent communication and presentation skillscomfortable at both C-suite and individual contributor levels
  • A builders mindsetcomfortable in high-growth startup environments where systems are evolving.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in tech-enabled services retail technology franchising or marketplace models
  • Background in venture-backed or high-growth organizations
  • Exposure to regulated or operationally complex industries is a plus
