Department/Unit Summary
The registered nurse (RN) plans coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served in the Family Medicine Unit. The RN ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner consistent with departmental standards of care. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission philosophy and goals of the assigned unit and the organization. They remain flexible to changing systems - are expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices and treat staff physicians patients and families with consideration and respect.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelors degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- BLS required
- Associates Degree in Nursing Required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing Preferred
- 1 year of experience preferred
