We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Tampa team someone whos people-oriented organized and thrives in a fast-paced client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client and customer inquiries via phone email and chat.

  • Provide accurate information about company services project updates and account details.

  • Resolve client or customer issues promptly while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

  • Document interactions and update client files within the CRM or tracking system.

  • Support account managers and the operations team with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Assist with onboarding and support processes for new client projects.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.



Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Excellent communication listening and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong computer skills proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Required Skills:
