Job Summary
This role requires a working knowledge of hand tools and injection molding machines with responsibilities that include performing repairs preventive maintenance and ensuring machinery operates efficiently to support quality production. The position involves maintaining preventive maintenance schedules managing inventories for maintenance functions and contributing to cost reduction initiatives. Employees are expected to follow safety procedures including the lock out/tag out program operate production equipment and complete necessary forms and reports in line with ISO standards. Flexibility is key as individuals may rotate into other departments adapt to changing business needs and train others on mastered skills. Success in the role also depends on professionalism teamwork reliable attendance continuous learning adherence to company policies and the ability to meet physical and mental demands while always maintaining a safe and cooperative work environment.
