Job Description:

Principle Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential - Tray Packer

Relieve team members as needed

Act as coverage for call outs and short staffed areas

Understand schedule for all areas to be supported

Properly operate and understand controls screens on all equipment

Evaluate product to ensure cookies are within specification and notify a line lead or Supervisor when non-compliance issues exist.

Coordinate and execute changeovers in an efficient and accurate manner.

Understand and comply with the allergen policy.

Assist with the training of team members.

Properly fill out and initial all production documents associated with area of responsibility.

Understand observe and comply with the handling and usage of the color coded containers.

Understand the scrap procedures and assist in the removal of line waste.

Ensure all CCPs are accurately monitored and recorded.

Accurately record all data in every location as required by position.

Notify maintenance and team lead of any repairs or adjustments that are required.

Follow and promote all safety policies.

Assist in the rework of all salvageable products when necessary

Perform all duties necessary to meet Safe Quality Food (SQF) Company and/or regulatory requirements/standards as prioritized by the company.

Responsible for reporting food safety or food quality concners to the appropriate personnel as well as follow quality and safety programs and policies in order to ensure products meet the highest standards possible.

Maintain a clean work area and execute any other duties assigned.
