Job responsibility
  1. Responsible for proving technical support for SDH DWDM ASON OTN & PACKET network.
  2. Ensuring NW fault and customer complaint resolution.
  3. Key Responsibilities include: -
  • Technical Support: End to End support for fault & incident management of cloud ACCESS DWDM ASON OTN NW.
  • Service Delivery & Change Management: Configurations in various SDH PSS NPT BG XDM nodes.
  • Fault & Incident Management: Alarm handling & ticketing Call flow analysis customer complaint handling resolution.
  • Problem Management: ticket/complaint/incident resolution SIP RCA CAPA.
  • MIS: Maintaining/preparing DSR and other relevant data.
  • MIS: Prepare and present relevant reports based on the laid down process.
  • Operational support: Provide support to customers and other stakeholders related to delivery service assurance fault management complaint resolution etc.
  • Incident Management: call flow analysis & resolution.
  • Change Management: Call routing Service and IP NW changes.
  • Fault Management: ticket acknowledging routing resolving and closing.

  1. Candidate should possess strong technical skills in SDH OTN DWDM ASON & Packet networks.
  2. Candidates should have strong skills in various protocols like TCP/IP DHCP FTP UDP & SMTP etc.
  3. Candidate should be well versed with Transmission Network architecture and call flow along with different interfaces.
  4. Knowledge of SDH Ethernet ASON NW DWDM & routing will be preferred.
  5. Relevant certifications will add to the advantage.
  6. Candidates should possess good communication skills.
  7. Candidates should possess technical skills inOSPF BGP MPLS& IP.
  8. Knowledge of SDN/ SD-WAN will have added advantages.
  9. Relevant certifications will add to the advantage.
  10. Candidates should be open for shift work including nights and weekends.

  • Over 3 to 10 years of experience in Network Transmission domain.
  • Strong understanding of project management customer service and technical knowledge voice core network elements includingSDH DWDM ASON OTN & PACKET Networks.

  • Hands on Experience of Report preparation & publishing
  • Analytical skills
  • Data Presentation
