About the Role:

TheCMOwill lead all marketing operations for Baths R Us overseeing strategy brand and performance across digital and traditional channels. This role is ideal for astrategic and hands-on marketing leaderwho knows how to grow a brand while keeping costs under control. Youll lead efforts tolower marketing spend increase efficiency and drive high-quality leadsthat convert into loyal customers. What Youll Do:

Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategyfocused on ROI and cost control.
Lead digital marketing SEO/SEM paid media and analytics.
Oversee inside sales event marketing and traditional campaigns.
Broadcast and print campaigns that reinforce our brand presence
Improve lead quality and lower cost per acquisition.
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with business goals.

What You Bring:

6 years in marketing 3 in senior leadership.
Home improvement or residential services experience required.
Proven success reducing marketing costs while driving growth.
Deep experience in digital analytics and multi-location marketing.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Willingness to relocate to Cleveland Ohioor travel monthlyfor on-site collaboration.
