Position Overview
Were looking for an energetic bilingual people-oriented Office Assistant to join their team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in health and wellness. This is a Part-Time role with varying hours.

What Youll Do

  • Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming professional atmosphere.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments; manage patient flow throughout the day.

  • Handle phone calls emails and other front-desk communications.

  • Assist patients with check-in/check-out and payment processing.

  • Maintain organized and accurate patient records.

  • Support basic office tasks such as filing data entry and inventory management.

  • Help keep treatment rooms and the front office neat and presentable.
