Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to perform comprehensive medical evaluations. Our ideal candidate will conduct physical assessments review medical histories and prepare a report that will be used as part of the process to evaluate the disabled individuals application for Social Security benefits. This is a part time position of two days per week on Mondays and Fridays.
Responsibilities:
  • Medical Evaluations: Perform in-depth medical assessments including gathering medical histories and conducting physical examinations of applicants.
  • Diagnostic Interpretation: Analyze and interpret diagnostic tests and medical data.
  • Report Writing: Create a comprehensive medical report including accurate and complete descriptions of the applicants condition(s).
  • Data Submission: Utilize our user-friendly report generation platform to submit your report quickly and easily.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Completion of a masters degree in nursing.
  • Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Preferred specialties include family medicine emergency medicine internal medicine occupational medicine physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) or orthopedics.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)in a clinical healthcare setting (e.g. primary care urgent care specialty clinic or similar).
