Job Summary
职位目标
基于新零售市场趋势平台动态以及所负责品类的消费者需求变化结合公司业务目标制定所负责品类在O2O渠道的全域生意策略及运营方案并追踪执行持续迭代
主要工作职责:
制定所负责品类在O2O渠道的增长策略 制定预算对应的投放及运营细则并追踪管理 围绕消费者洞察场景探索医学背书进行内容创意与制作并最终积累人群资产及数据银行 与平台建立共赢的伙伴关系并助力平台品类渗透品类管理 基于三方联动协助客户发展团队及线下谈判团队收获全渠道良性增长 搭建有竞争力的专业化复合型团队以组为单位具备多职能能力包括但不限于数据管理市场洞察消费者研究销售谈判内容制作及投放迭代等职责带领团队帮助所管理的品牌成为即时零售行业内最有竞争力的头部品牌市场份额持续提升
任职条件:
文化程度:
本科或以上学历
任职经验:
八年以上的医药零售或医药新零售数字化营销领域经验医药即时零售工作经验优先
专业知识/技能:
了解医药即时零售数字化营销的营销模式
计算机及外语水平
熟练使用OFFICE操作系统特别是PPT制作及汇报
可进行英文的听说读写
