We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Co-Educator to assist with the 3 and 4 year old kindergarten programs at our BairnsdaleCampus. This is a part-time position working approximately 22.5 hours over three days per week specifically on Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8am to 4pm.

The successful candidate will support the implementation of a high-quality educational program that reflects best pedagogical practice the Centres philosophy and the Schools ethos. Educators are part of a supportive team with access to professional learning and growth within a caring school community.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with documentation observations and student portfolios.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a safe clean and engaging learning environment.
Attend staff meetings PD sessions and school events.
Support daily routines including cleaning equipment setup and safety checks.
Build respectful relationships with children and families.
Uphold school policies professional standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Certificate III or Diploma of Childrens Services.
Understanding of the VEYLDF and Early Years Learning Framework.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly in a team environment.
Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.

A working knowledge of early years learning frameworks and a passion for excellence is mandatory.
